What is Mediation?

Mediation is the process when two or more parties meet with an impartial person, the Mediator, who assists them in coming to an agreement to resolve their particular dispute.

What are the benefits of Mediation?

When compared to litigation, mediation is less costly, less intrusive, and less stressful on the parties.  Studies show that persons/parties, who resolve their matters in mediation, are much more satisfied with the outcome and it is much easier for them to put the matter behind them.

Are there different types of Mediation available?

Yes.  There is facilitative, evaluative and transformative mediation.

Is Mediation confidential?

Yes.  The Parties are expected to sign a confidentiality agreement, and the Mediator also keeps such confidential.

Is Arbitration available?

Yes.  When Parties are at an impasse and need a determination by an Arbitration professional to help them to resolve their dispute, we will provide Arbitration services to them.
